  Rooms were nice overall. And the staff was pretty good too. My biggest criticism is the lack of elevator in my building. I was in the second floor of the main building and there were only stairs. Kind of difficult to do when you have a few large and heavy suitcases.

  Great place, so much to do right on the property, we tasted some great beers at the brewing company on site, then had dinner at the pub as well as played pool at the inside lounge, comfy room, comfy beds and heard nothing from our neighbours on either side. Would recommend to anyone visiting the comox valley.

  Noisy rooms, really sounds like the guy next door is peeing in your own bathroom. Room 209 smells like men musky cologne. Only upside is location. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

  The Best Western Westerly is always my only consideration for staying in Courtenay. In fact I will most often stay 2 nights there when I have 1 day of business each in both Courtenay & Nanaimo. The Chalk billiard lounge, Canoe pub & Forbidden craft beer tasting room, & on-site beer/wine store make this hotel a fun stay. And night manager Tyler is always welcoming, taking the time to get to know guests by name. And the rooms are clean & comfortable with all the amenities you need. I highly recommend the Westerly!
