    The Courtenay location removed the mirrors from the change rooms. Annoying to have to exit the room after each item to have to parade it in front of sales person etc.

    Amazing customer service, especially from Melissa who went above and beyond to accommodate some urgent requirements, and despite the inconvenience eagerly came to my rescue. This place is great and without a doubt an easy recommendation. Melissa deserves a raise too.

    We were on vacation and had an unexpected funeral to attend on a tight timeline. Jim (not the owner) was a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member who eased some stress finding everything I needed for a suit. He made it quick and painless, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

    Bought my favorite suit here at a better cost then Moore's AND supported a great local business. Worth walking in and checking out.
