  Called Dale's Plumbing to come out and scope my down spouts as one drain was buried. Even though the plumber had trouble getting the snake to run the proper direction which took extra time, and we eventually had to dig out the down spout to get the camera to go in the proper direction, I was still only charged the normal scope price. Very friendly service, and their fees are not outrageous. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  THE best! Will never use another plumber in the Comox Valley. Dale personally came last minute in an emergency, and kept coming back to more surprises unfortunately, but ensured the job was done perfectly right, while keeping cost in mind for me too. Kristen is warm, patient, and efficient. Dale is an exceptional guy- super hard working, excellent at explaining things, and goes totally above and beyond.

  Our first experience with Dale's was a fireplace cleaning and service a few months ago. It was the best cleaning we have ever experienced. Our strata contracted with Dale's for this service. Our owners were also very impressed with the quality of work. Our latest experience was the installation of a new garburator. We could not be more pleased with the installation and the super quite unit that they helped us select.
