    Knowledgeable staff. Wide assortment of hand tools. Cheap stuff, high quality stuff and everything in between. Prices are the best in the area.

    Amazing selection and great prices as well. Make sure you check these guys out before you buy at a big box store.

    Good selection of stuff, excellent prices. The store could use a bit more in terms of organization, but I believe that is due to the sheer volume of things in the store. Pay a visit here, and you'll probably walk out with more than what you came for, for less than you expected to pay.

    Brutal customer service... Selection is okay but no one in there seems to care to help you. I bought one of 2 Knaack boxes they had, brought it home only to find it damaged when I pulled it out of the box. Now I know I'm never going back in there
