  This beautiful studio has been around for the past 12 years, providing excellent yoga instruction in a beautiful, and convenient location. And now as a fantastic compliment to the yoga, we have Hot HIIT and Barre classes to keep you fit from your fingers to your toes!!!

  In 5 yrs of practicing yoga, the 1 class I attended here has by far been the worst I've ever come across. Terms I've never heard or thought I would hear in a class were used in such an abbrasive way it was simply astounding. Like a bad car accident that you can't look away from.

  Big shout out to the fabulous teachers and fellow practitioners at Bikram yoga, Comox Valley! Always reminding me that it is yoga practice, not yoga perfect! It keeps every class different and amazing! The constant encouragement to do what I can, listen to my body, and stay out of my own head . . . What fabulous advice; for every day!

  Everybody there is very friendly and fun. Never to exhausted for a joke and a smile. I love it there. Great classes as Well!

  Not only has the studio grown to be a lovely community but it has also become a lovely place to find peace. They also allow children which is lovely. Great place.
