  Helpful service and healthy foods, galore. Lots packed into this health food store including produce, frozen, dry goods, vitamins, beauty, household and bulk food items. We wish it was bigger ~ with it being the only health-food store, sometimes stock runs low, but nice knowledgeable staff will place orders for you.

  This is a fairly small store, but it still manages to have a good selection. They are also very willing to special order. They have a good bulk section, especially spices.

  This store could easily be a five star rating if its prices were not so over the top. For those that can afford it, it is a five star. The staff are very knowledgeable about whole foods and organic processes. It is very pleasing to see that they feature a vast inventory of local, BC and Canadian foods and beverages.

  Good place to go for fresh bulk spices. They are in glass jars, with a scoop, small bags, and a scale. I usually buy just enough to fill a spice jar so it's not sitting around for years in my cupboard. Nice staff.
