  Also when we ordered our windows in June to be installed for September none of our screens came so we had to wait over 6 weeks for screens and the floor lock for the Patio.

  We had a horriable experience with courtenay store , they are very disingenious Derek, Pete and the general Manger Dave and because of these 3 it cost us an extra $776

  Poor craftmenship! All the windows and patio doors that they installed all leak! They eventually came and fix the leaks by just caulking the mouldings.

  The prices were great (matched the quote to the penny), the installer (Dave, I believe) was friendly, the work was done quickly, completed before the expected timeline they gave us, and the window product is AMAZING. They took away all the old material and all we had to do was vacuum a bit of dust after the installation! We're very satisfied and will be using them for all our future window projects!

  We also were charged the final payment with out be told and with out the work being completed which is in there contract that final payment will be made when work is complete.
