    I had an excellent experience with Willy's Collision. They are VERY professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I want to thank especially Simone who was always in contact with me if there were any updates and made the experience extremely hassle-free. I hope I don't have to deal with another ICBC claim in the near future, but if I do I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

    My experience with Willy's was an absolute delight. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and kept my best interests in mind. Simone is friendly and maintained great communication throughout the whole process. My wishes were respected, and the work on the vehicle was very well done. Car was returned clean and doesn't vibrate anymore! Great service - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick, world-class experience.

    Willy's Collision has excellent customer service, making sure we had an easy process from start to finish and that we were never without the transportation we needed. The bodywork was very well done and I would definitely recommend them.
