  We like our Kia Optima, bought it new, but when we had an accident, we have been waiting over a month for parts to come for the repair. Reliable Auto Body said the Parts Manager at Kia Courtenay made a mistake in ordering and that is why things are taking so long. Kia Courtenay has to get their act together.

  Purchased a 2014 Soul (Used) from Courtenay Kia and have to say was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Sales was great and that experience continued from Fiance office to when I took delivery of Soul. I have had Service work done on my car since purchasing and the service department was great . I have let everyone I talk to know about the great experience and have recommended that they look no further then Courtenay Kia to purchase there next vehicle.

  Started with service here and it has been absolutely fantastic. Traded in car for a newer car and sales and service people accommodating and great to work with. This is the dealership to buy from. No pushy sales people and they go over everything with you.
