  Line ups have been much better. They seem to have more tellers. Not all transactions can be done at the machine, specially business transactions. Thank you!

  There's almost always only one teller when I come in and a metric ton of people in line angrily waiting. Needs more tellers to assist people. However when I finally get to the till the service is lovely. If only it didn't take a half an hour to get there.

  The management needs to schedule more bank tellers. I don't know if they are trying to cut costs or what - but it's super unacceptable to wait over 1/2 hour when you are only 4th in line - to deposit a check. The bank tellers are getting abused from pissed off customers and then all of us are hearing it waiting! It's a really bad vibe. I own a business and I want to bank here I want to support my downtown. Easy solution!!! Just staff your bank!!

  It takes up to an hour to get to the teller.

  Expect to wait at least an hour in line. Stay away if you own a business because there is no business line and the turnover for the business representatives is bad
