  Shopping here is addictive! Enter this bakery of fresh baked bread and pastries and it's very hard to resist (I can't) their appetizing goods and delightful bakery aromas. It's organic, and so fresh, you can see it coming out the oven! Great staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

  It was my first time in and I'll definitely be back. I really enjoyed the cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing. Yummy

  Whooppee! We used to have to drive to Cowichan Bay to get True Grain goodies. Now they have a location in Courtenay. Wonderful breads made from the best wheats, delicious sweets. The cappuccino was not great, they need to get their new staff trained up, but we'll be here a lot.

  Great gluten free breads! The organic spelt bread is great as well! Friendly helpful staff.

  Great bakery atmosphere! I am on the hunt for the best cinnamon bun in town and theirs tasted good: a little heavy on the dough, could have used more icing (creamcheese?) and coming in a $4 I’ll have to keep looking. I still ate it all though... as I said it was good, not fantastic but good.
