    Bill's amazing waterscapes of the BC coastline, as well as his authentic detail (gained from experience in the industry) in painting tugs and boats and barges can't be beat. If you want that "west coast" feel - to feel the spray on your face or the smell of the impending storm - then you'll find it in his art.
