  The man (Trent? that's the business card I have) didn't *need* to spend the better part of an hour discussing a quote I had from somewhere else, as it was pretty clear I was going there, for other reasons... It was SO kind of him: I've been meaning to post this (unsolicited) thanks for 6 months.

  We are new to the valley and Reid’s was recommended to us by a friend. We took our 2014 F150 into Reid’s with an issue that Ford could not find in the hours they had it in their garage and charged us and sent us away with no answers as they were stumped. Our truck sounded like a rocket ship with the electric fans on motor stuck wide open maxed right out, the same way it sounded when we drove into the Ford dealership. We then took to Reid’s and they found the issue and did an oil change all in about an hour. Our follow up with Reid’s to fix the issue was free of charge,,,amazing!!!!!! Who does that? Going to Reid’s was the best decision we have made for our vehicle and we will continue to do so , they are like going to the old family run garages years ago when you could trust the people working there, leaving there believing they actually cared about their customers. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

  The Service at Reids is amazing. The first time I took my Jeep in for them to check out, they gave it back and said there was no issues, didn't even need a tune up ( who does that??) I took it back, smilingly and they were right. The second time I took it in for a tune up, which they did quickly and efficiently. There was another issue with my vehicle that they fixed again promptly and even gave a loaner car!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Am certainly going back, as they are local, honest and take care of you like family.... Thanks Richard and Reids ♥♥♥

  I wouldnt go anywhere else. Any problem, be it repair my replace electric windows motor to normal maintenance and repair. They always explain or even show the work required. I never have felt I've been taken advantage of. Highly recommended over
