  Absolutely despicable service. Twice not once they ordered the wrong part. The second time they were even given a picture of the part and somehow they still ordered the wrong part. something that was supposed to take 3 days has ended up taking over 2 weeks with no offer of any kind of discount or guarantee they could get the part in the next day. They told me maybe one day but had to tell me 3-5. My car is a Nissan and even the Nissan dealership can’t order the right part with a picture of the part. Absolutely despicable. No wonder dealerships have a bad rep.

  Called me back after they saw the review and and told me they ordered the part after I told them I would order the part from lordco and offered no discount and the price they told me was more than originally discussed. Tried to make it right by being making another sale which they couldn’t get right after two attempts and a picture of their own part...Absolutely despicable service, well played Nissan.

  After a problem was solved with me I'm happy to say that the owner is a stand up fella. Has made me a extremely happy customer and would recommend taking your business to Comox Valley Nissan. Appreciate everything that he and the management have done to help me out. I'll be sure to suggest going to any of the dealerships in the Revy group. Thank you again Jim a very satisfied customer!

  Friendliest staff you'll come across on a sales lot! Love that they have their own financing available rather than borrowing through a third party. Team was honest and efficient. Will continue to purchase through them.

  These people are the best for customer service. I hate car dealerships because they usually give you the run around, but not these guys. You can negotiate with them and they try to make sure you drive away happy.
